The owners, Susannah and Douglas Winters, brought their passion for coffee roasting from San Diego to Hilton Head Island, turning a hobby into a thriving business. Their journey began with a coffee bike and farmers markets before opening their first permanent coffee bar and roastery. Today, their roasting space is about 825 square feet, featuring a 6-kilo Mill City Roasters machine where magic happens daily.
